Cancellation/No Show Policy

24 Hour Cancellation- ColorPoint  understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show”.


No-Show-Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show”.

  • There is an automatic color fee charge of $100 for all Wigs/Units/wefts

•All color services require a Consultation before a color Service


•A Strand test on Units and Wefts are Required

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. 

 •When Coloring units/bundles please allow up to 10-14 days to complete.


•Expedited 2-4 days will be an additional $50 Fee
